do I start Chatting? |
| Singapore@irCQ-Net
is an IRC ( Internet relay) Channel, which
resides on the servers at irCQ Network. The
channel was founded in 1998 (along with its
sister channels) and has since grown to what
it is today. Singapore@irCQ-Net (most of us
refer to it as Singapore Room) is run by a
dedicated team of administrators (operators)
whose main task is to make it as nice a place
to chat as possible. Together with the channels
regular chatters, it has truly become more
than just a chat room, it has become a home.
Not just a place for people to chat, but a
place for people to belong! |

Its
easy! In the main menu you will find an option
'Chat Now' simply click on that and you would
have taken your first step to joining us in
Singapore@irCQ-Net! Before joining in the
chat make sure you are familiar with all the
chat rules and regulations. They are there
to ensure that both you, and others have a
pleasant chat. |

Are

| We
offer no services what so ever. However, what
you will find when you join, are friendly
people who will offer you help if you need
it. If you do need assistance in any matters
pertaining to the chat server or basic assistance
in chat related issues there are a number
of friendly operators who would be more than
willing to point you in the right direction.
There is also a channel radio for those who
are music lovers. |

Yes,
there are a number of ways you can log on
and chat in and chat other than using our
java chat. You will require some form of an
IRC client to help you to log on and chat.
The most popular of which is mIRC.
There are many of these programs available
for download and we have listed some of these
in our main page under 'Our Links'. |

has been in operation for quite a number of
years. We have steadily gathered quite a following
in those years. We truly are an international
channel catering to the chat needs on a global
scale. Once you have joined our chat you will
find that our chatters come from all over
the world, with the majority of them coming
from Singapore and Malaysia. |

Our channel is open day or night, 24 hours
a day, 365 days days a year ( 366 days a leap
year). You are welcome to join us Anytime!
Bare in mind though that the number of people
during certain times of the day maybe be less
than other time. Be assured that when you
log on anytime and you are sure to find someone
friendly to chat with. |
